Refund Policy
At ACSpirit, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, kindly contact our customer service team immediately with the order number and item code. We will take full responsibility for the issue and arrange a carrier collection at no additional cost to you. Faulty or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund or store credit once verified.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
The item(s) must be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to your shipping address.
Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags attached, and sent back with the original packaging and return form.
Items must not have had any hygiene seals removed.
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.
Once your return is processed and approved, your store credit will be issued via email within 3 working days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and promotional reasons, the following items are strictly non-refundable:
Accessories
Innerwear / Under Garments
Sale or discounted items
Lucky bag items
Orders paid using return store credit
4. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the value of each returned item. This fee will be deducted from the total store credit issued.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order using the store credit from your return.
6. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team with your order ID and item code to verify eligibility.
Once approved, return the item(s) to the address below:

You are responsible for tracking your return while it is in transit.
7. Processing Time
Returns are typically processed within 3 working days upon receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and store credit have been issued.
