Shipping Fees (Malaysia)
We offer affordable flat-rate shipping within Malaysia:
Peninsular Malaysia: RM7 per order
East Malaysia: RM10 per order
Free Shipping:
Orders over RM180 within Peninsular Malaysia
Orders over RM200 within East Malaysia
International Shipping
We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia only.
Singapore – SLOW Shipping (7–14 working days)
Orders below RM500: RM25 shipping fee
Orders RM500 and above: Free shipping
Singapore – EXPRESS Shipping (3–7 working days)
Shipping fee is calculated based on parcel weight:
0.5KG – RM40
1KG – RM45
1.5KG – RM53
2KG – RM57
2.5KG – RM64
3KG – RM70
3.5KG – RM73
4KG – RM77
4.5KG – RM82
5KG – RM88
Above 5KG – Free shipping
Note: All international deliveries do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery time estimates:
Peninsular Malaysia: 3 to 7 working days
East Malaysia & rural areas: 7 to 10 working days
Singapore (Slow shipping): 7 to 14 working days
Singapore (Express shipping): 3 to 7 working days
Other international destinations (if applicable): Up to 20 working days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays on the courier’s end.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. You can track your parcel on the respective courier's website.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please reach out to us. We’ll assist you in tracking or resolving the issue.
Missed Deliveries
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery note at your doorstep with instructions to:
Reschedule delivery or
Pick up the parcel at the nearest collection point
